I am using Dr. Oz as an example of "modern" allopathic medicine (drugs, surgery and radiation). If the following information makes complete sense to you or you are not getting this information from your doctor within the first five minutes of conversation, then there is something seriously wrong with your doctor.

Health and Disease are common snese, even a patient can understand. Pregnancy, fertility, miscarriage, skin, hair, nails, etc. are a function of diet. The body, bones, ovaries, uterus, fallopian tubes, estrogen, etc. build up (anabolism) and break down (catabolism) largely according to food, nutrients, to which there are only two: building and cleansing.

Building nutrients, foods (protein, fat, meat, chicken, turkey. eggs, cheese, etc.) build, thicken, fuel and heat. Too little, in the extreme, tends to thin, weaken and slow the blood, reducing circulation, especially to extremities and sex organs causing fatigue, pallor, coldness, thin skin, hair, nails and bones, anemia, etc. in addition to amenorrhea (little or no period), infertility, miscarriage, and or short-term pregnancy. It takes a certain amount of blood, protein and fat, to build and hold a baby. Anything less creates deficiency, lack of holding.

Many women tend to eat cold, damp, low protein, low-fat (milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, ice cream, beans, nuts, etc.) and high carbohydrate (pasta, bread, salads, fruits, juices, shakes, smoothies, sodas, cold drinks and sugar) diets. Cleansing foods, nutrients, water, minerals, fruit, vegetables, grains, etc. reduce, cleanse, cool and moisten. Too many salads, fruits, juices, etc. tend to dilute and weaken digestion, acid and enzymes, reducing nutrient absorption, blood, structure and function.

Low protein, low-fat and high carbohydrate diets generally benefit those suffering from excess protein and fat (high cholesterol, atherosclerosis, arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, gout, dysmenorrhea, warts, tumors, cancer, etc.) not those who are trying to get and stay pregnant, although too much protein and fat can form tumors and or excessive tissue that interferes with conception, pregnancy.

Blood, protein and fat deficiency is curable via an increase in building foods, especially animal: red meat, chicken, turkey, eggs, hard cheese, etc. The choice of protein and fat depends on the deficiency, as severe deficiencies require severe measures, foods, animal protein and fat. The hotter middle diet, meal plan (for deficiency) is recommended, in addition to the following supplements. Siberian ginseng stimulates, nourishes the spleen, digestion, blood. Evening primrose oil and black currant oil nourish, strengthen the reproductive organs. Eating seeds: sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, etc. helps build seeds. Check with your doctor before making any dietary, herbal changes.

Laxative and bitter herbs (golden seal, gentian, etc.) including coffee, caffeine should be avoided, as they are cleansing, downward moving in nature, which is contrary to pregnancy. Pregnant women want to build fuel and hold, not cool and cleanse. Coffee, caffeine also irritates the breasts.

Theory is one thing, practice, another. Case history: A long-term customer of mine had suffered several miscarriages. She was eating a macrobiotic diet (low protein. low fat and high carbohydrate). I diagnosed her condition as blood deficiency. Her diet was anemic, too little building. She did not have enough blood, protein and fat in the womb to hold her baby. I recommended red meat (best blood builder) and chicken three to four times a week or more in addition to cooked vegetables, grains, Evening Primrose Oil (sexual organs) and Siberian ginseng (strengthens digestion). I also told her to wait four months (time it takes to rebuild blood) before trying to get pregnant. She now has two healthy boys.

Education not clever remedies cures disease.
